fix(tui): add clear_search to LogsState/ScreenshotsState + tests

- add LogsState::clear_search() so ContentArea can clear log viewer
  search without calling the private update_scrollbar()
- simplify ContentArea::clear_search() to delegate to LogsState
- add tests for clear_search on ContentListState, instances::State,
  ContentArea, and search_active()
