api.get_registry_record and api.set_registry_record

Another idea from davisagli: having a simple way to get/set records in plone.app.registry.

A definite +1 from me.

Just focus on get_registry_record() for now. Goal is to avoid code like this:

from plone.registry.interfaces import IRegistry
from zope.component import getUtility
registry = getUtility(IRegistry)
settings = registry.forInterface(IMySettings)

It needs to work with passing it either an Interface that defines the records or just a name (if records are created via GenericSetup, without using interfaces).

I think this issue could be closed too. There are now get_registry_record and set_registry_record methods on portal module.
