publish -g now also tags the release branch commit as a bare vX.Y.Z,
alongside dist/vX.Y.Z and src/vX.Y.Z. npm's #semver: only matches bare
tags, so since 1.8.0 consumers had to pin #dist/vX.Y.Z and bump it by hand; #semver:^X.Y.Z resolves to the built package again. never on the source
commit ( that would install unbuilt source ). opt out with --no-alias-tag.
publish -g is now re-runnable: the release branch, the github release and
both tags are each skipped if already done. a run that died halfway is
recovered by running it again, and a fully released version is a no-op
instead of an error. previously an unchanged release branch failed on git commit with a bare "On branch release", and an existing release failed on gh release create before the tag steps ran.
.fedep/_public cleanup now runs git worktree prune.
