[BUG]: Custom country codes are missing 'XIT'

Description

src/lib/custom_country_codes.ts is missing the code 'XIT' which is included in the default topojson.

Notes

• This was missed in feat: Replace country-regex with country-iso-search #7856
• It represents the Ilemi Triangle
