Environment:

GLPI version: 11.0.7
Escalade plugin version: 2.10.2 (latest available)
Database: MySQL/MariaDB
Problem: In GLPI 11.0.7 the column tickettemplates_id in the glpi_tickets table is of type INT UNSIGNED, which does not accept negative values. The Escalade plugin sends -1 as the value for tickettemplates_id when no template is assigned (in operations such as escalating tickets, adding followups, resolving tickets, etc.), which generates the following critical error:

MySQL query error: Out of range value for column 'tickettemplates_id' at row 1 (1264)
UPDATE glpi_tickets SET tickettemplates_id = '-1', date_mod = '' WHERE id = 'XXXX'
The error occurs in multiple operations:

When escalating a ticket (PluginEscaladeTicket::timelineClimbAction)
When adding an assigned group (PluginEscaladeTicket::processAfterAddGroup)
When adding a user (plugin_escalade_item_add_user)
Impact:

Tickets cannot be escalated
Followup, resolution and ticket closure operations fail
The system becomes inoperative for the normal workflow
Temporary workaround applied:

ALTER TABLE glpi_tickets
MODIFY COLUMN tickettemplates_id INT NOT NULL DEFAULT 0;
This allows MySQL to accept -1 but is not the correct solution. The real fix should be in the plugin, changing the -1 value to 0 or NULL when no template is assigned.
