Code-quality pass: WordPress Coding Standards compliance (Plugin Check clean) — no functional changes.

  • phpcs WordPress-Extra now passes with 0 errors/0 warnings
  • Canonical defined('ABSPATH') || exit; guards; escaping made visible at output points
  • Added composer lint + CI lint step, phpcs.xml.dist, .distignore

Security behavior (keyless, double opt-in, nonce/honeypot/time-trap) is unchanged from v0.1.0. Install: download plume-newsletter.zip → Plugins → Add New → Upload.
