Installation and lifecycle fixes
- The default service installation now includes every registered tree-sitter grammar. Clean-consumer coverage exercises all 28 grammars, symbol/reference projections, and an AG-UI lookup followed by a source read.
- Failed resource initialization no longer produces a second, misleading teardown failure. Genuine disposal failures remain visible.
- The release consumer probe requires the installed daemon to exit successfully; a listener that starts but fails shutdown cannot pass publication verification.
Diagnostics
- Topology demos count actual delegated model workers through the worker-list API.
- The packet-floor report understands current Markdown log records; coverage exercises both enabled and disabled survey configurations.
- The memory demo accurately claims cross-prompt recall, without claiming a particular storage strategy.
