Lockfile-only. h2 0.4.15 accepts unbounded streams of empty DATA frames (low severity, reached transitively via hyper); 0.4.16 is the fixed release. Found because cargo deny advisories started failing on an otherwise untouched tree, which turns the required rust-deny check red for every open PR.
