• #3 Fix culling behaviour next to chiseled blocks

Please note that this does not fix the bottom of the block-face being culled. That is an issue with chiseled blocks in Vintage Story. I have split that patch to a new dedicated mod - Transparent Chisel Patch as it may cause performance issues and be useful for other mods who do not want to put a dependency on this one.
