MPICH: A High Performance Open-Source MPI Implementation
Proposal submitted. Time and location to be determined.
Abstract:
MPICH is one of the most widely used open-source implementations of the MPI standard and the foundation for many vendor MPI libraries powering today's HPC systems. This BoF brings together MPICH developers, industry partners, and HPC users to share the latest project developments, discuss support for emerging architectures and MPI features, and explore future directions for the MPI ecosystem. This year's session will also discuss opportunities for community engagement and contributions to MPICH. Attendees are encouraged to participate in an interactive format, ask questions, share experiences, and help shape the future of one of HPC's core software infrastructures.
