Added FOSS Public Alert Server support.
Note: It is enabled by default, and you can switch between alert providers in General → Alert Provider. It covers many countries. The existing native MeteoAlarm and NOAA NWS alert implementations will be removed in future versions. The FOSS Public Alert Server supports MeteoAlarm and NOAA NWS very well, which is why the native support will be removed. Please stop using the native implementations. -
Added LibreWXR Alert support (available as an option in General -> Alert Provider).

Added LibreWXR Radar support. It covers more regions and supports a 2-hour forecast. You can view radar, satellite, or both completely free of charge. Storm arrows are also supported. A dark map mode has been implemented and follows your KDE settings by default. You can manually switch the map color mode in the Radar tab.
Note: It is enabled by default. The RainViewer functionality is still available and can be enabled in General -> Radar Provider. -
Added support for high-resolution weather models per country using the Open-Meteo API. Supported countries and models:

Added support for the Glow weather icon effect. It is disabled by default. You can enable it from Appearance -> Widget -> Icon Glow.
