Initial public release of SheetDiff.

Compare CSV/XLSX tables by business keys and column headers. Review value, type, formula and saved-result changes in a local HTML report, then export comments for follow-up in Harness.

Inputs are read-only; formulas are not recalculated. Formatting and charts are outside the comparison scope.

The attached bundle installs with dsh plugin --profile YOUR_PROFILE add <tarball URL>. See the README for examples and limits. SHA256SUMS covers the attached bundle.

Validation: 53 tests on Node 22/24/26, plus fresh-profile installation and tool calls on Harness 0.2.0-rc.2 and 0.2.1-alpha.2. This workflow also reruns the tests and real Cordis host smoke before publishing.
