Second OfflineTides public Alpha candidate.
This candidate is built from public commit 9d04a377757fcf4a4a3a669bccd2cf3c7b9c39ce. Native CircleCI build, package, metadata, checksum and archive-boundary gates passed for Debian 12 x86_64, Debian 13 x86_64, Ubuntu 22.04 x86_64, Ubuntu 24.04 x86_64, Debian 12 ARM64, Flatpak 25.08 x86_64, Flatpak 25.08 aarch64, Windows x86 and macOS ARM64.
Linux native CTest suites passed. Windows and Flatpak artifacts are build/package-qualified; all non-Linux packages remain candidates for user runtime testing in stock OpenCPN. The plugin archives intentionally contain no tidal dataset. Download the separate authenticated global-data archive and verify it with the supplied SHA-256 manifest.
