Add restore button from main login page (upper right corner)
Add "change credentials" when using the edit button in the server credentials. This will preserve the server url and username, and not try to use the saved token.
Add "Connection problem, retrying..." and "Sign-in needed, redirecting to login..." connection status messages (previously only showed when reconnecting)
Fix a bug with sending a blank password if token is invalid (and then reacting to the invalid login response, prompting user to relogin) so the blank password isn't sent - straight to the user prompt.
