Bug fixes
-An edge case allowed tags to not be saved to a monitor if the server didn't respond back with a monitor ID.
-A edge case causing thread starvation has been squashed.
-Some unused imports, dead code, bitmaps, unsafe string formatting, redundant qualifiers, and resources were removed.
-Fixed the broken 12 hour update checker. Previously it was only 12 hours from device boot and now it's every 12 hours.
