概要

本次发布引入官方安装包可用的内置模型服务：翻译走 Hunyuan-MT、Embedding 与 PDF 正文 OCR 可零配置使用，密钥仅编译进 Host、不经 IPC、不落盘。界面侧全面对齐 Apple 风格材质与动效，论文库滚动时压缩顶栏，Agent 输入框支持内联 @ / $skill / /command 芯片与矮窗口紧凑模式。PDF 划词把「加入对话」挪到选区角标、批注轨可悬停直接编辑，并修复 Windows 启动/诊断黑窗闪烁、Antigravity 登录引导、侧栏空白与多图合并等问题。

修复

• Windows 启动/诊断黑窗闪烁: 发布版 GUI 进程在启动采集设备型号与 Settings → Doctor 探测时未带 CREATE_NO_WINDOW，会弹出可见控制台；现对 reg query 与诊断子进程统一隐藏控制台，功能与采集结果不变。（#494 by @Zhou1317fe5）
• Antigravity 登录与会话恢复: 将 auth-required 映射为可操作的登录文案，失败 Toast 提供「登录」并打开带 --login 的系统终端；登录命令按合并后的 Agent PATH 解析。提示失败若含「File not found」则在同一 ACP 连接上用新会话重试一次。同时加固异构机器上的 invoke 拒绝标记与前缀错误解析。（97cff57d、377f891e、#492 by @JiaheChen2002）
• 多栏图与图注合并: 图注合并改为锚定在图注附近的连通 panel 组，避免通栏图注吞掉整段竖直带、窄不可读图注抢走已有标题下的 panel；并恢复被模型误标为正文的图注候选。（e459a16d、#223 by @qychen2001）
• 入库布局抢跑: 魔棒入库在本地 PDF 尚未落盘时不再入队版面分析；分析器在文件仍缺失时软跳过，避免任务面板出现「No local PDF」。（20f0826c by @Phil-Fan）
• 侧栏文件树空白: 去掉逐行 translateY 合成层，并在视口尺寸变化时重同步虚拟列表滚动偏移，避免 WKWebView 下打开论文或刷新树后左侧栏空白直到滚动。（2102df10 by @Phil-Fan）

Summary

This release ships an official built-in model provider for zero-config translation (Hunyuan-MT), embedding, and PDF body OCR—the key is compiled into the Host only, never crosses IPC, and never lands in settings. The UI picks up Apple-style materials and motion, a compacting library header on scroll, and an Agent composer with inline @ / $skill / /command chips plus a short-window compact mode. PDF selection moves Add to chat to a corner pill and lets the annotate rail expand on hover. Fixes cover Windows console flashes on startup and Doctor probes, actionable Antigravity sign-in, sidebar blanking, multi-panel figure merge, and several selection-chrome glitches.

• Built-in model provider: Official installers can compile in the agentero provider—translation uses a dedicated Hunyuan-MT template (segmented requests, no [[n]] batch protocol), and embedding plus PDF body OCR work with zero user credentials. The key stays Host-only (option_env!), never crosses IPC, and never reaches settings.json; Settings / onboarding select it only after availability resolves, and unkeyed builds hide or disable the option. The right-rail annotate chip expands for in-place edit on hover, collapses when left empty, and creates the highlight on pointerdown before EmbedPDF clears the selection. Fixes

• Windows console flashes on startup and Doctor: The GUI release lacked CREATE_NO_WINDOW for the startup device-model reg query and Settings → Doctor probes, so visible consoles appeared; both paths now hide the console without changing command content or collected results. (#494 by @Zhou1317fe5)
• Antigravity sign-in and session recovery: auth-required maps to actionable sign-in copy with a Toast action that opens a system terminal at <command> --login, resolving the login command against the merged Agent PATH. Prompt failures containing "File not found" retry once with a fresh session on the same ACP connection. Invoke rejections and prefixed error strings are hardened for heterogeneous machines. • Multi-panel figure merge near captions: Caption merge anchors connected panel groups near the caption so full-width captions no longer swallow the whole vertical band and narrow unreadable captions no longer steal panels from known titles; confidently mislabeled body-text captions are recovered. • Import layout race: Magic-wand import no longer enqueues layout analysis before the local PDF exists; the analyzer soft-skips when the file is still missing so the task panel does not fail with "No local PDF". (20f0826c by @Phil-Fan)
• Blank vault file tree: Drop per-row translateY compositor layers and resync the virtualizer scroll offset on viewport resize so WKWebView does not leave the left rail unpainted after opening papers or refreshing the tree. (2102df10 by @Phil-Fan)
• Selection chrome sticks while scrolling: Recompute floating menu and Add-to-chat pill anchors on viewport scroll and zoom; dim and clamp the chrome when the selection leaves the viewport.
