概要

0.11.8 把批注、选区和笔记块放进对话输入框，并让大模型翻译按引擎规则只出译文。同时补上 Windows 上的桌面应用检测和 Agent 进程清理，以及远程库、同步和 Linux 拖放的几处数据问题。

新功能

• 行内引用: 笔记块、选区、文字批注和视觉批注可以插在输入框光标处，发送时按出现位置写成 [Annotation N]。悬浮卡片里可以改备注、看高亮和译文，视觉裁剪图可以点开放大。（#767 by @ffy6511）
• 单篇版面重解析: 插图侧栏可以只强制重跑当前论文的版面解析。已打开的论文会换成新结果，不用重启。（#728 by @ffy6511）
• 嵌入字号与栏宽: 外观里可以单独设置双链嵌入字号和 Markdown 栏的最大宽度，默认仍是 13px 和全宽。文档标签可以复制磁盘路径。（#745 by @ffy6511）
• Qoder CLI: 设置里可以安装和卸载 Qoder CLI。（46e9424c by @ffy6511）

改进

• 大模型翻译: OpenAI 兼容和 Agent 翻译使用固定引擎规则，较短的选区按词典出译文，不再追问要翻译还是解释。设置分成系统提示词和用户模板。系统栏留空仍用内置学术风格，一行短说明只作为附加偏好。用户模板用 {{text}} 放入原文。Agent 会选该会话已声明思考档位里的最低一档；没有公布档位时保持原样。占位符只认 {{targetLang}}、{{sourceLang}} 和 {{text}}。（#724 by @ffy6511）

修复

• 全文翻译与快速对话: 全文翻译保留引用、交叉引用和 URL，章节标题保持原文层级。快速对话的黄框在关掉卡片后仍在，译文页上对准划中的区域。（#751 by @ffy6511）
• 视觉批注缩放与点击: 旋转页缩放后高亮贴住字形。对话里单击视觉引用会放大并编辑备注，链接只滚到裁剪区并闪一下定位。页边针仍打开卡片。（#760 by @ffy6511）
• 悬停卡与页签: 图表和参考文献的悬停卡可以移上去阅读，外链地址不再被系统提示截断。逐页翻译的页签在悬停时出现在页面内侧右侧。（#745 by @ffy6511）
• 笔记选择与输入法: 块内第一次全选停在当前块。单独成段的双链嵌入占满一行。内容送进对话后可以直接打字。代码块语言搜索和中文会话重命名不会被错误焦点或输入法回车打断。（#744 by @ffy6511）
• 快速配置向导: 重新打开快速配置向导不会把已有主题、代理、翻译服务和 API Key 写成默认值。（#731 by @Zhou-Ruichen）
• 远程库元数据: 远程 Vault 会带上 SQLite WAL 里已提交的元数据。列表刷新读取服务器的一致快照，未发布的本机修改不会被盖掉。（#740 by @Winfred666）
• Linux 拖入 PDF: Linux 主窗口可以从文件管理器拖入 PDF 并导入。窗口内的文件树拖动和标签重排保持可用。（#730 by @bet4it）
• 引用裁剪: 把视觉裁剪发给对话时，不再把这轮提问和回复写回批注文件。从这条批注打开的会话仍会更新它。（34624811 by @ffy6511）
• Dsh 历史: 本机 Dsh 重启后可以从本地会话日志恢复标题和正文。官方接口没有会话加载能力时，标题不再退成一串 ID。（bfea439a by @JiaheChen2002）

Summary

0.11.8 places annotations, selections, and note blocks in the chat composer, and keeps LLM translation inside an engine prompt that returns only the translation. It also adds Windows desktop-app detection and Agent process cleanup, and fixes remote-library, sync, and Linux drag-and-drop data problems.

Features

• Inline references: Note blocks, selections, text annotations, and visual annotations can be inserted at the composer cursor and are sent as [Annotation N] in that order. The hover card can edit the note, show the highlight and translation, and enlarge a visual crop. (#767 by @ffy6511)
• Single-paper layout reanalysis: The figure sidebar can force a layout reanalysis of the current paper only. An open paper picks up the new result without a restart. (#728 by @ffy6511)
• Embed size and column width: Appearance can set the wiki-embed font size and the Markdown column max width on their own. The defaults remain 13px and full width. A document tab can copy its path on disk. (#745 by @ffy6511)
• Qoder CLI: Settings can install and uninstall the Qoder CLI. (46e9424c by @ffy6511)
• Windows desktop apps: On Windows, Agentero can detect and open ChatGPT, Qwen Work, WorkBuddy, and the Dsh desktop app. These apps are marked as not directly available as Agents. (468ad573 by @JiaheChen2002)

Improvements

• LLM translation: OpenAI-compatible and Agent translation use a fixed engine prompt. A short selection is glossed instead of answered with a question about whether to translate or explain. Settings split the prompt into a system field and a user template. An empty system field keeps the built-in academic style, and a one-line note is only an extra preference. The user template inserts the source at {{text}}. Agent translation picks the lowest reasoning effort the session advertises, and leaves the effort unchanged when none is advertised. The only placeholders are {{targetLang}}, {{sourceLang}}, and {{text}}. (#724 by @ffy6511)

Fixes

• Full-text translation and Quick Chat: Full-text translation keeps citations, cross-references, and URLs, and headings keep their original level. The Quick Chat highlight stays yellow after the card closes, and on a translated page it covers the region that was selected. (#751 by @ffy6511)
• Visual annotation zoom and clicks: Highlights stay on the glyphs when a rotated page is zoomed. Clicking a visual reference in the composer enlarges it and edits the note. A link scrolls to the crop and flashes a locator. The margin pin still opens the card. (#760 by @ffy6511)
• Hover cards and page tabs: Table and reference hover cards stay open when the pointer moves onto them, and external URLs are no longer cut off by the system tooltip. The per-page translation tab appears inside the page, on the right, while that page is hovered. (#745 by @ffy6511)
• Note selection and IME: The first select-all inside a block stays in that block. A standalone wiki embed fills its line. Text sent into chat can be typed into immediately. Code-block language search and renaming a session in Chinese are no longer interrupted by the wrong focus or an IME Enter. (#744 by @ffy6511)
• Quick setup: Reopening the quick setup wizard no longer replaces the saved theme, proxy, translation service, or API keys with defaults. (#731 by @Zhou-Ruichen)
• Remote library metadata: A remote Vault includes metadata already committed in the SQLite WAL. Refreshing the list reads a consistent server snapshot, and unpublished local edits are left in place. (#740 by @Winfred666)
• Linux PDF drops: The Linux main window can import a PDF dropped from the file manager. In-app file-tree drags and tab reordering still work. (#730 by @bet4it)
• Referenced crops: Sending a visual crop into chat no longer writes that turn's prompt and reply back into the annotation file. A session opened from that annotation still updates it. (34624811 by @ffy6511)
• Dsh history: After a restart, local Dsh can restore titles and transcript text from its session log. When the official API has no session-load method, titles no longer fall back to an ID. (bfea439a by @JiaheChen2002)
• Windows Dsh: On Windows, Dsh starts with a compatible Node so the ACP handshake does not exit silently on an older Node. Uninstall removes the copy at its actual install location. (725a077a by @JiaheChen2002)
• Windows Claude: Claude Code installed through npm resolves to the executable or cli.js inside the package, instead of handing claude.cmd to the bundled adapter to launch directly. (8135417f by @JiaheChen2002)
• Windows Agent processes: After the app exits, a connection is replaced, or warm setup times out, ACP child processes on Windows are reaped with the connection and do not stay in the background. (9d0d48a0 by @JiaheChen2002)
• Sync requests: An already-synced Vault costs one remote request while idle, and two devices no longer republish files just because the local modification time changed. Nutstore's per-account WebDAV quota is no longer spent on that idle loop. (3cc1a9dd by @qychen2001)
