Bug: LHV conversion multiplies instead of divides, causing huge results

Description

The LHV (Lower Heating Value) conversion in create_functional_units multiplies by the LHV value instead of dividing. This causes massively inflated demands for non-energy use variables.

LHV is in MJ/kg. To convert energy (MJ) to mass mass (kg): kg = MJ / LHV

Indeed.

Commit 47d6e2b solved the LHV for me.

And as you mention, you need to bring polca/premise@8ecbd4a into your branch. I still need to merge this last commit into main.

I will continue to let you know as I refine the workflow and spot outliers.
