Docs-only. v2.6.1's search-page non-game guard calls Steam's public
appdetails Web API; update PRIVACY_POLICY, THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES, DISCLAIMER,
README, and REQUIREMENTS to disclose it (only the numeric app ID is sent,
no key, same Steam domain, cached, fails open). No code or permission
changes.
