## Release 2.3.2

Patch release on the **`unstable2604`** SDK line (same as 2.3.0 / 2.3.1)

### Changes

- Bump all runtime `spec_version`s to `2.3.2` (`2_003_001` →
`2_003_002`), across all 14 runtimes.
- Integrates
[paritytech/polkadot-sdk#12409](https://github.com/paritytech/polkadot-sdk/pull/12409).
**`pallet-multi-asset-bounties` → 0.7.0: adds the `increase_value`
extrinsic (Asset Hub Polkadot & Kusama).**
Curators can now raise an active bounty's recorded `value`, letting a
bounty recognise funds transferred to its account out-of-band.
- Pulls the matching `parachains-common` / `assets-common` dependency
cluster forward (16 crates), **staying on `frame-support` 47**
