UOFiddler version 4.9.6

New tile view control for Items, Land Tiles, Textures and Fonts tabs.

• Works when "Alternative Design" in Settings is checked.
• It is much smoother then previous implementations.
• All existing functionalities should be in place.
• PageUp/PageDown jumps by one screen and Home/End to start or end of list.
• At some point this will probably be only one control used in tabs.

Other changes

• "Export all..." option added to Textures tab.
• Faster Fonts tab loading by turning off reading of Unicode fonts by default.
• Fixed Save button in AnimData tab.
• Fixed clearing of default text in Speech tab.
• Few minor changes to tab titles and captions.
