- 0.24.0 → 0.25.0 (minor: published-grade lookup tools check_server / list_servers / request_grade + remote GitHub skill refs for run_skill_litmus; no grading-semantics change). - server.json: both version fields + refresh the POLYGRAPH_API_URL description (the base URL now serves the lookup tools too). - polygraph plugin 0.4.0 → 0.5.0 (the bundled server's tool surface grew).
