ClawDroid v0.1.0 Beta 1

First public beta build of ClawDroid, a native Android AI agent app built with Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and Material 3.

Highlights

  • Chat-based AI agent with streaming responses and tool calling.
  • Provider-aware AI settings with model discovery support.
  • Android screen-control stack using AccessibilityService.
  • Screen capture fallback using MediaProjection.
  • Skills screen with starter prompt skills.
  • Workspace files editor for AGENTS.md, SOUL.md, TOOLS.md, USER.md, IDENTITY.md, and HEARTBEAT.md.
  • Voice settings with Android TTS fallback and optional offline Sherpa-ONNX VITS voice.
  • Channels/settings scaffolding for WhatsApp, SMS, notifications, services, and permissions.

Notes

This is a beta/pre-release build. Some provider runtimes, service integrations, and automation flows are still experimental. Android permissions such as Accessibility, Screen Capture, Microphone, Notifications, and Storage must be enabled manually from Settings.
