Release 0.5.0 at 55e1b36.

Minor (breaking) release: consumes the polyengine v0.5.0 release — the published @polyengine/runtime range moves to ^0.5.0, a resolution-level break for consumers holding 0.4.0 pins (one resolved engine copy per graph). Vocabulary (ComponentException) now arrives from @polyengine/protocol@^0.2.2, and the sibling pins move to the protocol-only @polymorph/{webcrypto,websocket,webrtc-datachannels}@^0.5.0 releases, which no longer contribute a runtime constraint of their own.

Still 0.x/unstable, but caret-honest: releases within a minor line stay compatible; breaking changes bump the minor.
