Patch release: the relay-robustness line, no WIT or JS-surface change.

  • Home-relay wire failure is a redial with backoff, not endpoint death (#88, #91).
  • Every relay dial carries a deadline; a relay that accepts and stalls cannot pin bind, ensure-relay, or the home-relay redial (#93, #95).
  • Quiet relay wires are pinged; unanswered pings retire the connection, so a relay that stalls after the handshake is detected (#96, #97).

The published @polyengine/runtime floor is ^0.5.1 (the dial timeouts drop in-flight import futures, which polyengine handles as a prompt discard from 0.5.1 — A23, polyengine#239). Within the 0.5 line: ^0.5.0 consumers resolve here unchanged.

Published to JSR: https://jsr.io/@polymorph/iroh@0.5.1. Release assets carry the endpoint component (iroh_endpoint.wasm + SHA256SUMS) for consumers composing it themselves.

Still 0.x/unstable, but caret-honest: releases within a minor line stay compatible; breaking changes bump the minor.
