Release 0.1.0 at b4444a2.

First release of the polymorph:test stack: the frozen polymorph:test@0.1.0 WIT contract, the component-test crates (core, formats, results, sdk, sdk-macro, cli, runner), the deltic runner leg and browser harness, the @polymorph/component-test-js npm facade, and the composite actions (setup, aggregate).

Still 0.x/unstable, but caret-honest: releases within a minor line stay compatible; breaking changes bump the minor. Consumption is pinned git dependencies at a release commit — cargo git deps, npm github: installs, actions @<rev> — bumped deliberately. See README.md.
