Breaking Changes

• Now -b command has been changed to -w (for wrappers)

• POLYWRAP_CLI_PATH & POLYWRAP_WASM_PATH environment variables added so build & test can be done with locally libraries
• Log has been added to debug easily
• polywrap.build.yaml is now generated if a custom wasm path is provided
• CI release implemented
• Now executors run in threads, meaning that 10 builds at a time will happen, making the process way much faster
• All cases have been validated and work directly with the toolchain repository
