ted v. 3.1.1

just a few small things:

• allow searching full path rather than just file name in filefinder (but only if search term contains a path separator)
• filefinder filtering should hopefully be a little faster for large projects now (I'm hoping to improve it more in the future)
• fix TED_LINE/COLUMN1 environment vars being set to 1 instead of the cursor line/column if there is no selection
• fix tiny memory leak
• fix filefinder not showing directory names on windows if command outputs /-delimited paths
