Windows pre-release build of htmlmpeg.

Included:

• Browser-based UI for local FFmpeg compression
• Python backend
• Preset-based workflows for video, audio, and image files

Assets:

• FFMPEG.exe
• FFMPEG.zip

Usage:

1. Download one of the assets.
2. Extract the zip if needed.
3. Run the EXE on Windows.
