Based on the July 8 data release from kadaster.
This version (of the code) processes geometry properly and combines geometry from multiple Panden (dwellings) if they are linked to one address. Ability to export to DuckDB is added as well.
'gebruiksdoel' (intended use) is now stored as a list, see readme.MD on how to work with those.
NOTE: The parquet file in this release does NOT contain the geometries as that parquet file is too big (1.8GB) to upload.
