Dock improperly scaling and unresponsive when using auto-hide dock

Describe the bug
The dock will do one of three broken behaviors when auto-hide dock is enabled;
-Scale incorrectly and be about 1/3 the width of what it should be (I keep it on the left), and the applications will not be clickable when in this state.
-The app tray applications will not appear in the dock, only the minimized window applications
-The dock will refuse to disappear and the applications will not be clickable but it will look normal

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Cosmic settings'
2. Click on 'Desktop, then dock, then automatically hide dock'
3. Error persists through reboots and only returns to normal when auto-hide dock is turned off

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
Normal dock behavior as it was in Pop OS 22. Auto hide, applications are clickable in the dock. Dock scales normally.

Desktop (please complete the following information):
For as long as I have been using my new Serval, I have kept it up to date with the latest cosmic. The issue persists through all updates. This was not a problem on Pop OS 22.
