[Feature Request]/[Bug] Cosmic applets aren't shown with system flathub and cosmic remotes

Issue/Description:
Not sure if it's intended or not, but currently cosmic applets are only available in cosmic store if you have flathub and cosmic remotes user-scoped. I have flathub and cosmic repos added as system and the applet category tells me to enable Flathub and COSMIC flatpak remotes.
If installing cosmic applets to the system scope isn't intended, then can it at least work with system flathub?

Version: 1.0.3 from nix-pkgs-unstable

Steps to Reproduce:

• Enable system-scoped flathub and cosmic remotes
• Open cosmic-store
• Navigate to the "Applets" category

Expected Behavior:
Cosmic applets are visible and available for install.

by doing this , you actually disabled the user backend that cosmic store supposed to use. you can enable this again. There is doc regarding this. As i am having both cosmic and kde i just switched to kde , and kde dbus service automatically enables it. I am too late, as only today i faced this problem and did a quick google search which led me to this opened issue
