Automatic Timezone not automatic

Issue/Bug Description: Time zone does not update until I manually toggle the option in settings. I'm not connected to a VPN.

Steps to reproduce:Travel through timezones, it will not update. Turn it on/off, it will update. Toggling through the CLI and GUI both produce the same behavior.

Expected behavior: Update automatically - but even a full reboot doesn't update the system time.

Is location services enabled? Settings > Privacy > Location Services

If this is not enabled it may prevent the timezone from updating automatically @stillhaventfigureditout @ianhundere

I'm facing the same issue. I travel a lot and automatic timezone is enabled, including the location service. However, time never changes automatically until I manually change it. I'm using Pop_OS 22.04 LTS.
