fix(ci): remove APPLE_CERTIFICATE from tauri-action env

The .p12 contains multiple identities. When APPLE_CERTIFICATE is set,
tauri-action does its own import and picks the wrong cert (Apple
Development instead of Developer ID Application). Remove it so Tauri
uses our manual keychain import + APPLE_SIGNING_IDENTITY to find the
correct certificate.
