fix: hide internal _portzero app from desktop dashboard

The Tauri list_apps command queries the daemon via ControlRequest::List
which returns all routes including the internal _portzero API server.
Filter it out when merging daemon apps, and exclude it from the
total_apps count in get_status.

Also bumps version to 0.2.2.
