This PR adds a new auto-generated
Package Infopage to the documentation. This provides a detailed overview of the project's runtime and optional dependencies (including their version constraints, environment markers, and the latest release dates from PyPI). The page is enabled by default, linked from the homepage Meta section, and can be toggled via configuration.
