This PR introduces improvements to the handling and reporting of the Quarto freeze cache in both the codebase and the CI workflows. The main changes include enabling freeze caching by default (
"auto"mode), enhancing the CLI reporting for freeze status, ensuring that freeze caches are persisted after builds, and updating workflow templates to restore the freeze cache for faster and more reliable site builds.
