Pyrefly seems to live on another path

More Pyrefly confusion, it's looking everywhere for my python virtual environment but apparently failing, making itself unusable.

Cannot find module `CoolProp`
  Looked in these locations:

So how do I convince Pyrefly to look for the modules where the rest of Positron has no problem looking?
I noticed there are user setting for user level virtual environments rather then the repository level - would that work out for Pyrefly?

PS: The problem seems to go away if I open another recent project (File|Open Recent) and then open the original project again.

Changing python.defaultInterpreterPath for each workspace isn't our recommendation.

Hey @fenke, thanks for the post. I think this is a symptom of #11281. Luckily that's the exact issue I was going to pick up to solve next!

Despite the issue saying it is fixed (in June), it isn't fixed at all.

It makes the language server unusable. Still have to disable the extension.
