ImmortalStorage 0.0.10 — merged compatibility republish

本次重发将 PR #2 与 PR #3 合并后的内容正式纳入 0.0.10 发布资产。

  • NeoForge 构建基线为 21.1.235，正式支持范围扩展为 [21.1.235,21.2)；Issue #1 已由 PR #3 关闭。
  • JEI 基线更新为 19.27.0.343，Refined Types 兼容 0.3.x 与 1.21.1-0.3.x 两种版本格式。
  • 一气归元剑、普通灵剑和仙墟锻灵剑的淬火点系数统一为 0%、1%、1.5%；百分比显示最多保留两位小数，修复 1.49999……%。
  • 补全双语帕秋莉古玉手册，加入 Mekanism 化学品容器交互，修复仙窍管理时间流速排版和文字重影，并保留 0.0.9–0.0.10 的全部兼容与身份迁移优化。
  • Sodium 与 Embeddium 两套独立优化栈均完成真实客户端启动烟测；两者不可同时安装。

验证：199 suites / 724 tests / 0 failures / 0 errors / 0 skipped；NeoForge 21.1.236、21.1.248 源码门禁通过；Ars Source API、无 AE2 运行时、生产 JAR 边界、版本组成和精确版本产物校验通过。

This republish brings the merged PR #2 and PR #3 changes into the official 0.0.10 artifact.

  • NeoForge build baseline: 21.1.235; official support range: [21.1.235,21.2). Issue #1 is closed by PR #3.
  • JEI baseline is 19.27.0.343; Refined Types accepts both 0.3.x and 1.21.1-0.3.x version forms.
  • Tempering coefficients are unified as 0%, 1%, and 1.5% per point for the One-Qi Returning Origin, ordinary Spirit, and Immortal-Ruin-Forged swords; displayed percentages are capped at two decimals, fixing 1.49999…%.
  • Expanded the bilingual Patchouli Ancient Jade handbook, added Mekanism chemical-container interaction, fixed realm time-flow layout and text ghosting, and retained all 0.0.9–0.0.10 compatibility and identity-migration improvements.
  • Separate real-client startup smoke tests passed for Sodium and Embeddium optimization stacks; they must not be installed together.

Verification: 199 suites / 724 tests / 0 failures / 0 errors / 0 skipped; source gates passed on NeoForge 21.1.236 and 21.1.248; Ars Source API, no-AE2 runtime, production-JAR boundary, version-composition, and exact-artifact checks passed.
