• Changed the Spiritual Aura Guard virtual elytra boost from Ctrl+Z to double-tapping the forward key (W by default).
• Boost follows keyboard rebinding of the forward control. Each boost requires two presses within 350 ms; holding the key does not repeat it.
• Pending taps are cleared when virtual flight ends, a menu opens, the game pauses, or the window loses focus.
• Updated the bilingual Ancient Jade handbook with virtual elytra flight and boost controls.
• Rewrote the README as a concise bilingual overview of all items and the main progression.
