v1.5.0: mapID-based area routing for subzone-less dungeons
FormatAreaContent now accepts a mapID field on area entries as a
fallback when GetSubZoneText() returns nothing. Fires on
ZONE_CHANGED_NEW_AREA when the player crosses into a new map layer.
Applied to Voidscar Arena: mapID 2573 → Atroxus (boss 2), mapID 2574
→ Charonus (boss 3). Boss assignment inferred from encounter order,
pending in-game confirmation.
