Added a shared internal working-tree analysis layer used by koba changes, koba suggest-commit, and koba pr --dry-run.
Improved koba changes so coherent trees show one recommended commit, while mixed trees show commit groups and split guidance.
Improved koba suggest-commit so recommended staging commands are derived from the same primary plan shown by koba changes.
Improved koba pr --dry-run so suggested PR titles and grouped change summaries reuse the same working-tree analysis.
Improved koba init check presets for Rust, Koba workspaces, Agent Skill surfaces, mixed repositories, and custom repositories.
Safety
