Environment variables not merging into collection requests

Describe the Issue

Environment variables not working correctly in current version. Known working collections are suddenly not able to read environment variables after a recent update of Chrome. This problem seems to persist across all of my collections and workspaces.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Create collection for a test oauth environment
2. Take the normal steps to create the oauth connection. (Redirect URL, client id, client secret, scope)
3. Test that the oauth connection works as expected.
4. Move oauth variable information to environment variable for the collection.
5. Test that the oauth connection does not work properly as the variables are not being merged into the URL correctly

I don't seem to be having this issue any longer. The application seems to be merging the variables in correctly and making the authentication calls.
