PourNotify v1.0.2

  • Preserves the manually verified Windows desktop notification fix by packaging and installing a valid application/tray icon before notification dispatch.
  • Records notification attempts as attempted or attempted_with_errors:* instead of claiming confirmed delivery.
  • Pins Ruff 0.16.0 so local and CI validation use the same reproducible lint gate.

Windows desktop notification behavior was manually verified: tray icon, banner, Notification Center entry, sound, and Bark delivery all passed.

The macOS artifact was built and tested in GitHub Actions. Runtime verification was not performed on a physical Mac. Binaries are unsigned; the macOS build is not notarized.
