PourNotify v1.0.3 adds rotating JSONL notification diagnostics and a Pour Design System desktop UI redesign with Dashboard, Notification Test, History, Settings, Diagnostics access, and system/light/dark appearance.

All 13 notification categories and existing Codex, desktop, sound, Bark, History, diagnostics, IPC, duplicate-suppression, quiet-hours, configuration, and tray behavior are preserved. Windows desktop notification behavior was manually verified. macOS was built and tested in CI; runtime verification was not performed on a physical Mac.
