This updates the core extension to version 0.5.1.
Setup functions must be called in transactions, which we can express statically by making these functions take a
&TransactionGuardwhich can only exist during a transaction.Additionally, uses of the
$localbucket have been replaced with a call topowersync_control('target_checkpoint_request_id').AI use: Manual changes, reviewed with Claude Code.
