Byze Core v0.2.0 Mainnet Relaunch

Byze v0.2.0 is the official mainnet relaunch of Byze.

This release archives the previous v0.1 prototype chain and replaces the original experimental HMAC-based quantum signature layer with real liboqs-backed post-quantum signatures.

Highlights

  • New v0.2 mainnet genesis
