Reproducing the results

Hi,

Thanks for sharing your code!! When I try reproducing your GraphTP results with the released features I get the following results:

Final cross-validation scores:
Total Agreement: 0.0727

Partial Agreement: 0.0850

Distance: 0.1041

While in your paper you have:

TA: 0.0912 
PA: 0.1263 
D: 0.0977

I am using the default config file. I was wondering if you know the root cause of this difference?
