A correctness/compliance fix, no algorithm or numeric changes.

• Added the attribution required by Planet's Tanager STAC catalog terms (CC BY 4.0):
  NOTICE, README, the report and its PDFs, the notebook, and the repo's social preview
  image all now carry it.
• Added the citation required for ESA WorldCover 2021, also CC BY 4.0 and used to
  classify surface composition in the report.
• Added the acknowledgement AERONET's data-usage guidelines request, since aerosol
  reference values throughout the report come from it.
• run_tanager now emits a one-time reminder of the Tanager attribution requirement
  for anyone building their own outputs from the package.

No case-study numbers, figures, or conclusions changed.

v0.1.1

This release repositions AtmoResponse as a standalone open-source project with a citation record, and is the first archived to Zenodo.

v0.1.0 was the version submitted to the Planet Tanager Open Data Competition on August 31, 2026. This release repackages the same work for public use and citation.

• README rewritten to lead with what the package does, with the competition as context
• REFERENCES.md added, a repository-wide bibliography
• CITATION.cff added
• pyproject.toml now reads its version from the package
• KNOWN_ISSUES.md notes an orphaned partial file on an interrupted LUT download

No functional or API change from v0.1.0. The report and the annotated notebook are unchanged.
