In this video at 2:08 ( https://youtu.be/Y0SWx_n_AeQ?si=sdFVcQTcOnf-uF_o ) it states that skin.ini settings will be editable in the skin editor. This feature is still not out and this video was made in 2024. |

2024 is "just" 2 years ago. osu! dev is a small team so don't expect them to do all things quickly. Also, since skin.ini is essentially a text file of key-value pairs, I don't see how editing directly in the skin editor could be better than editing in a text editor, unless they actually integrate all skin.ini settings into various parts of the skin editor UI. That would be a huge task I think. |

yes, it's still the plan. but until then, you can use the "Edit externally" option in the editor to apply changes. |
